When the team that designs a project and the team that builds it sit at the same table, problems found on site come back to the desk and get solved there. That is why SU Grup keeps feasibility, engineering, permitting and construction under one roof.

The technical side of the group
SU Grup leads the group's engineering and construction work. SEGE Grup İnşaat handles investment and contracting, SEGE 53 develops energy and digital infrastructure, and SU Grup Packaging manufactures paper-based masking and protection products. NOLL Elektrik focuses on energy-integrated AI data centres, while AI Work School and its companies (AskThousand, PlanCatch, Hestia Data, SimEnergy, BeniSil) build AI products.

The choices that set cost and programme are made at the start. We would rather resolve risk at the table than leave it to the site.

No project counts as delivered until testing, acceptance and documentation are complete.
Reach
Site experience in three countries
Energy and infrastructure in Türkiye, ministry buildings and prefabricated compounds in East Africa — Djibouti — and wind project development in Georgia. Working in Africa means manufacturing building elements in Türkiye and setting up the logistics and on-site assembly chain from scratch; we built that and delivered the work.
